as well as Shipping Policies, Exchanges and Returns are as follows:
Shipping and Delivery Policies
We've researched and researched and found that the BEST way for us to ship to our clients is through UPS. Your product will be delivered within days and have tracking info for you to follow. You have one of two shipping options;
1. 3 Day UPS Delivery
2. Overnight Delivery Service
Please note that at this time we are not shipping outside of the US or Canada and are working at providing download purchases of the DVD's for our wonderful abroad customers. For now we only operate in US Dollars.
Exchange Policies
If you received an incorrect item, the following steps must be followed for your reimbursement or exchange.
1. Email
support@refusetosaycheese.com. In the subject line write, "RETURN".
2. Ship the product back to Me Ra Koh Photography Products with your packing slip. Please note, the packing slip must be included and the product must be unused or unopened. The address is; Me Ra Koh Photography Products, 1430 2nd Street North, Dock A, Wisconsin Rapids, WI 54494-2914.
Damaged or Defect Policies
If your received product is damaged or defect in any way, please follow the steps below.
1. Email
support@refusetosaycheese.com. In the subject line write, "DEFECT/DAMAGE".
2. Ship the product back to Me Ra Koh Photography Products with your packing slip and in bold letters write "DEFECT/DAMAGE" on the packing slip. Well will supply you with a replacement asap. We appreciate your business and want to ensure your product is well received in every measure. The address is; Me Ra Koh Photography Products, 1430 2nd Street North, Dock A, Wisconsin Rapids, WI 54494-2914.
3. To help this process happen with speed, please include your contact info in case we have any questions regarding your product.
Unsatisfied Policies
If for some reason, you are unhappy with your purchase (which has not yet happened! :)), let us know immediately. Returns may be made within the 2 weeks, 14 days, or your original purchase. Shipping and handling fees are non-refundable. There is also a $5 restocking fee. Please note that items must be in new and unused condition that is accompanied by a written response as to why this product did not meet your satisfactory.
Please allow 7 business days to process your refund once your product is returned to Me Ra Koh Photography Products. Before shipping your return, remember to email us at
support@refusetosaycheese.com with a reason for your return AND your order number. If this email is not received before your product is returned, we may not be able to return your product. This email is imperative to ensure your product is well taken care of and your funds are reimbursed with ease.
This policy is not available for any downloads. Once the 101 Kits or Editing Tools, such as Top Ten Effects, are downloaded to your computer, we cannot return or reimburse your funds. ALL SALES ON DOWNLOAD PRODUCTS ARE FINAL! With that said, if you are suffering much grief over your download product, email
support@refusetosasycheese.com with detailed explanation of your situation.
Privacy Policies
To ensure your peace of mind, all credit card information is submitted to us for an online order and then encrypted using standard industry-standard SSL encryption. All credit card information complies with National Payment Card Industry Standards.
Your personal information is stored in our database for upcoming product specials. As well as we meter our site's traffic which is now way a threat to your personal info.
We do not sell or share your personal information (email, addresses, phone number, etc) to other companies (heck no!).
We will not cold call you at dinner time or any other time. :)
